2026年9月17日、トヨタ自動車はベルギーで、AIロボットのビジネスを本格的に始めると発表しました。新しいロボットの名前は「ELEY」です。このロボットは、人間の動きを自分で見て学び、服をたたむなどの難しい仕事をすることができます。

On September 17, 2026, Toyota Motor Corp. announced in Belgium that it will full-scale start the AI robotics business. The name of the new robot is "ELEY." This robot can learn by watching human movements on its own and perform difficult tasks like folding clothes.

トヨタは2028年から、毎年1兆円を使って世界中の工場を新しくします。そして、トヨタやそのグループの工場に、このロボットを40万台置く計画です。

Starting in 2028, Toyota will spend 1 trillion yen annually to upgrade its factories worldwide. And they plan to deploy 400,000 units of these robots across Toyota and its group's factories.
