２０２６年９月１５日に、日本のＧＯ、アメリカのＷａｙｍｏ、そして日本交通が新しい計画を発表しました。この３つの会社は、東京で運転手がいない「レベル４」の自動運転タクシーを走らせるために協力します。
On September 15, 2026, Japan's GO, America's Waymo, and Nihon Kotsu announced a new plan. These three companies will cooperate to run 'Level 4' autonomous driving taxis with no driver in Tokyo.
３つの会社は２０２５年から道路でテストをしてきました。そして、２０２７年にサービスを始める予定です。最初は約１００台の車を使います。利用する人は、ＧＯのアプリやＷａｙｍｏのアプリからタクシーを呼ぶことができます。
The three companies have been conducting tests on roads since 2025. And they plan to start the service in 2027. At first, they will use about 100 vehicles. Users will be able to call a taxi from either the GO app or the Waymo app.
