Polite form (-masu)
知らせます (shirasemasu) is the polite non-past form of 知らせる.
Examples
- 会議の時間をみんなに知らせる必要があります。 — It is necessary to inform everyone of the meeting time.
- 何か変更があれば、すぐに私に知らせてください。 — If there are any changes, please let me know immediately.
- 彼女は合格の知らせを聞いて、とても喜んだ。 — She was very happy to hear the news of her passing (the exam).
